Websites
Websites that capture leads and connect to everything behind them
We design and build websites for service businesses that already get leads and lose too many, built around the request you want to receive: an estimate, a booking, an application. Every request is saved, answered and followed up by the systems we connect behind the site.
- Scoped on a call
- Hosted on Cloudflare
- SEO and AEO included
Example sites in seven industries
Made-up businesses, built the way we build real ones. Each shows a request coming in, the reply going out with consent, and the job landing in the CRM.
Texts go out only after the visitor ticks the OK box on the form.
Answered by an AI receptionist, after hours or 24/7. No missed calls. Calls are recorded only with the caller's OK. How the AI receptionist works
The chat says it is an AI assistant. Texts go out only after the visitor says OK.
Check-ins go only to homeowners who asked for an estimate and said OK to texts.
- A homeowner fills out the inspection form
- They get a text right away
- The job shows up in your job list
- They pick Thursday morning
- It goes straight onto Mike's calendar
- Confirmation sent and a reminder set
- Storm inspection at 14 Oak St, photos attached, booked on Mike's calendar for Thursday at 9am. Confirmation texted and a reminder set for Wednesday.
- A homeowner calls while the crew is up on a roof
- The AI receptionist answers right away
- The call shows up in your job list
- It goes straight onto Mike's calendar
- Confirmation sent and a reminder set
- Luis called about a kitchen leak after hail. The AI receptionist answered, recorded with his OK, and booked Mike for Thursday at 9am. Confirmation texted and a reminder set.

- Kim asked about hail damage in the website chat and booked an inspection. It went onto Mike's calendar for Thursday at 9am, with a confirmation text and a reminder.
- Dana has an estimate from last week
- Two days later, a friendly check-in text
- Dana asks a question and gets an answer
- Dana signs the estimate online

Tools we build into sites
Checkups, planners and finders that give a visitor a clear answer and send it straight into a request. Open one and try it.
Storm damage checkupExample Roofing Co.
Storm damage checkup
Answer three quick questions about your roof. You get a rough score and a plain next step.
Answer the questions and press "See my result".
Your storm score
0 out of 100
What an inspection covers
- Shingles, ridge caps and flashing, checked by hand
- Gutters, vents and other metal for hail marks
- The attic and ceilings for moisture or stains
- Photos and written notes you can keep for a claim
This score is a rough guide from your answers, not a guarantee. Only an inspection confirms damage.

List the rooms and windows you want to replace. We turn it into a tidy summary for your free in-home estimate.
Add your rooms and press "Build my project summary".
Your project

Coverage checkup
Pick anything that changed in your life recently. We list the topics worth going over with a licensed agent.

Topics to review with a licensed agent
These are questions to go over on a call, not answers. The agent looks at your policies with you.
Have these handy
- The declarations page from each current policy
- Names and birth dates of everyone in the household
- Car details (year, make, model) if a car changed
This list is a starting point for a conversation. It is not advice, and it does not recommend any product. A licensed agent goes over your situation with you.
Consultation finderExample Law Office
Consultation finder
Three short questions. We point you to the right practice area and tell you what to bring.
Answer the three questions and press "Find my consultation".
Your consultation
What to bring
This is not legal advice. Using this tool or requesting a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Four quick questions about how you like to train. We suggest the kind of membership that fits, and you see it for yourself on a free tour.
Answer the four questions and press "Find my membership".

What goes into a lead-generating website
Plenty of business sites look fine but collect very little. We build the site around the request you want to receive: an estimate, an application, a booked call. The form asks what you need to know before you pick up the phone, and every submission lands somewhere your team will see it.
In every build
- Design, copy and build, hosted on Cloudflare
- Request forms with spam protection and photo uploads where they help
- Lead details saved to your CRM, with an alert to the right person
- Search basics done properly: page titles, structured data, sitemap, Search Console
- Pages for the services and towns you actually cover
search engine
- Competitor directory listing example.com
- Your business · Services and pricing yourbusiness.com · FAQ · Open now · Book online
- Big-box national chain example.com
- Old forum thread from 2019 example.com
ai assistant
Design and copy
A site that says what you do, where you do it and how to reach you, written in plain words your customers use.
Lead forms that ask the right questions
The form asks what you need to know before you pick up the phone: the job, the address, the timeline. Spam protection, and photo uploads where they help.
Every request lands somewhere
Each submission is saved to your CRM and sent as an alert to the person who should handle it.
Speed
Light pages that load fast on a phone, because most visitors arrive on one and leave if the page is slow.
Hosting on Cloudflare
Served from Cloudflare’s global network over HTTPS, with no website plugins to keep updated.
SEO basics, done properly
Page titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap, and the site connected to Google Search Console.
AEO for AI answers
FAQ written so AI search tools can quote it, FAQ structured data, and an llms.txt file that lists your pages.
Service and town pages
A page for each service you offer and each town you cover, so people searching for them find a page that matches.
Behind the site
The website is step one
A form that only sends an email still leaves someone to answer it. Each request from the site starts the systems we build behind it, so the lead is answered, saved and followed up without anyone chasing it.
- 01
Instant replies
A text or email goes out within a minute of a request, to people who said yes to it on the form.
- 02
AI receptionist
An AI receptionist answers your calls live when the team is busy or after hours, answers common questions and books a time. Outbound calls go only to people who asked for one, and calls are recorded only with consent.
- 03
CRM automation
Every request becomes a record in your CRM (your customer list) with an owner and a next step, so nothing lives only in an inbox.
- 04
Follow-up and email campaigns
Reminders before appointments, follow-up on quotes that go quiet, and email re-engagement campaigns to past customers who opted in, each with a one-click unsubscribe.
- 05
Onboarding
Forms, signatures, deposits and kickoff steps sent in order once someone says yes.
- 06
Data organization
Records from the site, your other tools and old spreadsheets cleaned, merged and kept in sync.
- 07
Monthly overview
Requests, reply speed, booked rate and close rate against last month, then a short review call.
Simulated. Counts in the diagram are illustrative.
Want a site that brings in requests?
Thirty minutes on what your site should capture and what happens after. Or ask our AI first.
Starting fresh, or fixing what you have
A new website
You have no site, or one you would rather start over than fix.
- We start from the requests you want to receive, then plan the pages around them
- Service and town pages for the work you actually do
- Forms, alerts and the CRM connected before launch
- Search Console, sitemap and structured data set up on day one
A website redesign
You have a site that looks fine but brings in little.
- A free website review first: speed, forms, search basics and the phone view
- We keep the pages and wording that work, and rebuild the rest
- Old page addresses redirected, so search traffic you already have is kept
- Forms rebuilt to ask the right questions and reach the right person
How it goes
Call, scope, build, launch
-
01
A 30-minute call
How work comes in today, what your current site does and does not do, and the requests you want more of.
-
02
A written scope
The pages, the forms, what they connect to, and a schedule. A fixed quote before any work starts.
-
03
Build and review
You approve the copy, every page and every form question. We send test requests through every path before launch.
-
04
Launch and keep it running
The site goes live and is connected to Search Console. Then a monthly overview and a monthly review call.
Industries
Websites built for your field
Each industry needs its site to capture something different. Here is what we set up for each.
What owners ask about a new website
How long does a new website take?
A focused website goes live within 30 days of us receiving your content and access, like your domain, logins and photos. The written quote includes the launch date, and anything built alongside the site, like a CRM or follow-up, is planned into the schedule.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once the build is paid in full, you own the design, the content and the site files, and your customer data is always yours. If you ever leave, you get the site files and an export of your data.
Will my website show up on Google?
We build the parts search engines read: clear page titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap, fast pages, and a page for each service and town you cover. We connect the site to Google Search Console so you can see what people search to find you. Nobody can promise a ranking, and we do not.
What about AI search tools like ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers?
We write the site so AI search tools can quote it: direct answers to the questions customers ask, FAQ structured data, and an llms.txt file that lists your pages in plain language. This is called answer engine optimization, or AEO, and it is part of every site we build.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We start with a free website review of what you have: speed, forms, search basics and what a visitor sees on a phone. We keep what works, rebuild what does not, and redirect the old page addresses so you keep the search traffic you already have.
What happens after launch?
If you keep working with us monthly, we host the site, watch it and fix what breaks, and you get a monthly overview and a monthly review call; live dashboards are available when a business needs them. A monthly partnership starts with a 3-month term, then runs month to month with 30 days notice. A one-time project ends with a hand-off and notes on how it all works.
Tell us what your site should bring in
A free 30-minute call. We look at how requests reach you today, what your site should capture, and what we would build first. Every engagement is scoped on the call.
