How we work

One piece at a time, each one working before the next

We take on a few clients at a time. Each project starts with how your business runs today, and every engagement is scoped on a call.

Every engagement, step by step

The same path whether it is one automation or the whole business. You always know what is next and what you get from it.

Three ways to work together

A project

You know what you need and it has a clear finish line.

  • A new website, a CRM setup, or one automated flow
  • A written scope and a fixed quote before work starts
  • Hand-off at the end, with notes on how it all works

A monthly partnership

You want what we built kept running and improved.

  • A 3-month starting term, then month to month
  • Hosting, monitoring and fixes, with a monthly overview and review call
  • Changes as your services, staff or hours change

A full partnership

You want an automation team without hiring one.

  • Everything we do, across the business
  • A monthly overview and review call, with live dashboards available when a business needs them
  • A direct line to us, not a ticket queue

Calls, texts and your data

Automation that contacts people has rules, and we build to them from the start. Calls and texts go only to people who asked to hear from you. AI calls say at the start that the call is recorded and ask for consent before recording. Text messages come from a number registered with the carriers, and STOP and HELP work the way they should.

Your customer and applicant data stays in accounts you own. We only collect what the business needs, and we do not sell or share it.

Questions about working with us

Why is there no price list?

Almost every engagement mixes a few pieces, and the work depends on the tools you already have. A price list would be wrong for most people who read it. After the first call you get a written quote with the scope spelled out.

Do we have to replace our current software?

Usually not. We start from what you use now and connect it. If something is getting in the way, we will say so and explain the trade-off.

What happens to our data?

Your customer data is always yours, kept in accounts in your name wherever possible. Once a build is paid in full, you own the design, the content and the site files. If we part ways, you get the site files and an export of your data.

How fast can something be live?

A focused piece, like a request form that alerts your team, can often be running within a week. A small business website goes live within 30 days of us receiving your content and access. Larger builds have the schedule spelled out in the quote.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. A monthly partnership starts with a 3-month term, because new systems need a few months of real use to tune and show results. After that it runs month to month, and either side can end it with 30 days notice. A one-time project has no monthly term at all.

Can you call or text people for us?

Only people who have agreed to hear from you. Calls are recorded only with consent, texts go out from a number registered with the carriers, and every message honors STOP. We do not do cold calling or bulk texting to purchased lists.
