Bookings, reminders and rebooking handled for salons, spas and local shops

Salons, spas and local shops run on repeat visits. We build the system that answers booking questions, sends reminders before appointments, gets intake forms done before the first visit, and checks in with clients who have not been back, all to people who agreed to hear from you.

The website

A website built for salons, spas and local shops

Local customers want to see what you offer, when you are open and how to book. The site answers all three on a phone screen.

01 · Website

Services and hours

Clear pages for your services, your hours and your location, so people searching nearby find what they need.

02 · Website

Booking from the page

Visitors book an appointment straight from the site, through the booking tool you already use.

03 · Website

Forms before the visit

New clients complete intake or consent forms before they arrive, so the first visit starts on time.

04 · Website

Connected to reminders

Each booking lands in your CRM. Reminders and check-ins with clients who have not been back go only to people who agreed to hear from you.

How we build websites

Built with the automation behind it

Workflows

How the workflow fits together

After a visit, a quick check goes out, happy clients get a review link, and problems go to the owner. Calls during a busy shift get answered and booked.

Texts and consent

What a new lead hears first

Texts only go to people who said yes to texts on your form. The first one arrives within a minute or two of the request, from a number registered with the carriers, and STOP and HELP work the way they should. Outbound calls follow the same rule. Incoming calls are answered, and AI calls are recorded only with consent stated at the start.

Qualifying questions we would start with

  1. 01 Is this your first visit with us?
  2. 02 Which service are you booking?
  3. 03 Would you like the intake form by text or by email?
  4. 04 Do mornings, lunchtime or evenings usually suit you?
  5. 05 Would you like a reminder the day before?

You choose the final questions and wording. Answers are saved to your CRM, and anything the system cannot answer goes to a person.

Common questions from salons, spas and local shops

What can a salon, spa or local shop automate?

Booking and rescheduling, reminders before appointments, intake forms before the first visit, review requests after a visit, rebooking reminders, and win-back messages to clients who have not been in for a while.

Can it answer the phone during a busy shift?

Yes. An AI receptionist can answer common questions such as hours, location and how booking works, book or move appointments, and pass the call to a person when needed. Calls are recorded only with consent stated at the start of the call.

Who gets win-back and birthday messages?

Only clients who agreed to texts or email. Messages come from a number registered with the carriers, and STOP and HELP work the way they should.

Do we have to change our booking software?

Usually not. We connect to the booking, point-of-sale and email tools you already use, and only suggest a change when a tool is in the way.

How do we know it is working?

You get a monthly overview and a monthly review call. The overview covers bookings, no-shows, repeat visits and rebooking, compared with last month, and flags anything that needs a fix. Live dashboards are available when a business needs them.

What should a salon or spa website include?

Your services, hours and location, a way to book from the page, and intake or consent forms people can complete before the first visit. We connect it to your booking tool and CRM so reminders and check-ins go out on their own, only to people who agreed to them.
