Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AI Connect Business website (aiconnectbusiness.com) and any services purchased from us. By using the site or engaging us for a build or partnership, you agree to these terms.

The free audit

Audits are delivered as a written assessment of your current online presence. They are advisory only. No warranty is given that implementing recommendations will produce specific business outcomes. Audits remain your property; you're welcome to use them however you'd like.

Builds + partnerships

When you engage us for a build, we deliver under a separate written quote agreed to before work begins. The quote specifies scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables. Anything outside that scope is handled by change order.

Monthly partnerships start with a three-month term, billed monthly in advance. After the first three months, the partnership continues month to month, and either of us can end it with 30 days' written notice. There is no long-term contract beyond the starting term.

Launch timing

Every build quote includes a launch date. A focused small business website goes live within 30 days of us receiving your content and the access we need, such as your domain, logins and photos. Larger builds, like a website with a CRM and follow-up, have the schedule spelled out in the quote. If content, access or approvals arrive late, the launch date moves by the same amount of time.

Payments

Because builds are custom work, payments for work performed are non-refundable. Deposits become non-refundable once build work has begun. The number of design and revision rounds included is listed in the quote.

Ownership

Your customer data is always yours, and we keep it in accounts set up in your name wherever possible. Once your build is paid in full, you own the design, the written content and the site files we made for you. We may show the work in our portfolio and case studies only with your written OK.

If your partnership ends, we give you the site files and an export of your data. Moving the site to another host is your responsibility, and we can quote help with the move if you want it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal purpose, to distribute malware or phishing content, to violate intellectual property rights, or to engage in activities that could damage our infrastructure or reputation.

Liability

Our services are provided "as is." We will use reasonable care, but we are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Potter County, Texas.
